If you've read this post about our awesome day with Amanda at the Sodastream Play Event - then you'll know that Camille and I were lucky to receive our very own bright yellow Sodastream Play*.
It's been years since we've had a Sodastream, and honestly I'm a little annoyed that our last one went missing - because ever since we've got this, we've been using it non-stop!

I'm a huge fan of water, but sometimes I get a bit sick of only drinking water all day. And let's be serious, I definitely don't drink the 8 glasses I'm supposed to.
We all know the benefits of drinking water. It regulates body temperature, prevents dehydration and it can even make you look better. So how do you make water more appealing? Add some fruit to it!

One Less Thing is a new "life" segment I wanted to introduce to the blog. Basically it will follow Camille and I as we slowly make the move to self sufficiency, restore the orchard to it's former glory and eventually make the huge move to living in the Far North permanently.
I'm so sorry this post is going up late, my internet connection has been all kinds of annoying and wouldn't stay connected long enough for me to post anything - but better late than never right??
I cannot stress the importance of cheat meals when you're eating healthy. I'm sure there are some people out there who can eat 100% healthy and never crave unhealthy food - but I am not one of them. I love cheat meals, I look forward to them every week! And with WW, I can pretty much choose whatever I want. I could have McDonald's, Burger King, even KFC - but because I prefer to eat food that I prepare myself, I usually do my own version of "takeaways".
This week I wanted to share one of my favourite recipes, Paleo-Friendly KFC Chicken. Not only is this suitable for anyone following the Paleo Diet, but it's also extremely tasty. And now, I've made it even healthier by cooking it on the George Foreman Grill.
